Ice Dogs take Commanding Lead in Alaska Ravn Cup Series

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Fairbanks Ice Dogs continued their dominance over the Kenai River Browns bears, going two and one in the three game series winning the first two with scores of six to three and six to one.
They lost the last one three to two in overtime.
The Ice Dogs hold a five to two advantage over Kenai in the Ravn Alaska Cup Series.
On Friday, Ty Proffit ignited the crowd behind his fight with Sam Sterne, which punctuated the six to one drumming they had over Kenai.
The Ice Dogs now prepare for their series against the Minnesota Magicians on the road this weekend.
