H.S. Soccer : Lathrop-Eielson, West Valley-Monroe, North Pole-Monroe Girls

We had another weekend packed with Spring Sports action here in the Interior starting off with some High School Soccer out on the Turf fields.
The Lathrop Malemute and Eielson Ravens boys teams were going head to head in a Mid Alaska Conference Matchup.

The Malemutes cruised to a 9-1 victory in this game. Zach Kosa led the Malemutes in scoring with six goals.
Reed Thomas also added two goals and Drew West found the back of the Net once for the now 7-3-1 overall and 6-2 in MAC play Lathrop Malemutes.
The North Pole Patriot and Hutchison Girls teams also went head to head in a Mid Alaska Conference Contest.
The Patriots earned the 8-2 victory.
Sierra Denny, Olivia Grill, and Kaylynn Heineken were all able to find the back of the Net twice for the Patriots.
Danielle Robinson and Breanna O'Rear also added goals for the Patriots, who are now 7-4 on the season and 4-2 in MAC play.
The action continued on Saturday where the North Pole Patriot Boys were taking on the Eielson Ravens.
This one was a tight one as Skyler Denny scored the game's only goal to secure the 1-0 win for the Patriots.
Igor O'rear changed things up a little bit and played Goalkeeper for the Patriots, and earned himself a shutout in the Process. The Patriots are now 6-4 overall and 4-2 in MAC play.
The West Valley Wolfpack boys continued to roll on with their undefeated season, their 1-0 win over the Monroe Catholic Rams moves them to a perfect 15-0 on the season.
There is a small break in the soccer action in the beginning of this week.
There are no games tonight or tomorrow, but the action will resume on Wednesday.
West Valley will be looking to continue their undefeated season when they take on the Eielson Ravens in a boy's Conference Matchup at the Turf fields.
