Alaksan Olympic Hopefuls Compete in Curling Trials

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Currently going on in the heart of the U.S. is the Olympic trials for curling in Omaha, Nebraska.
Both the men's and women's competitions have teams that have Alaskans on them.
For the men's teams, Team Clark includes Greg Persinger, a Fairbanks resident, and Colin Hufman a Fairbanks native.
They won their first match of group play.
They won over Team Brown which has Fairbanks resident Quinn Everson on the team, and they are sitting at one and four.
On the women's side, Team Sinclair has Vicky Persinger of Fairbanks and they are currently sitting at a record of one and two in group play.
