The West Valley Wolfpack faced a halftime deficit in their flag football matchup with the North Pole Patriots.
But they turned on the jets in the second half to pull away with the 38 to 13 win.
In this Mid-Alaska Conference match, with both teams coming off of ties, the Wolfpack went off offensively.
Behind strong quarterback play from Freshman Tessa Lindberg, the Wolfpack were able to get into the redzone on many occasions.
The second half explosion started with Emily Morris and Lindberg rushing in for touchdowns.
Lindberg is continuing her rise to stardom, with another great performance.
She passed for multiple touchdowns and conversions to help push West Valley to a four win, one loss, and a one tie record.
To top it all off, Sheridan Blasey took a 40 yard punt return to the house.
The Wolfpack now must prepare for the Hutchinson Hawks on Monday, while the North Pole Patriots will now pick up the pieces for their date with Hutchinson on Wednesday.
