Joseph Arabie Pleads Not Guilty To New Charges Of Attempted Murder In Second Case

A 29-year-old man accused of murdering his Step-father, pleaded 'not guilty' Wednesday on new charges related to an alleged stabbing.

Joseph Arabie was indicted on charges of attempted murder, assault, and tampering with physical evidence.

According to reports, on May 9th, Arabie stabbed a man three times in the neck with a knife.
That victim survived.

In a separate case, Arabie is also charged with the May 4th shooting death of his step-father, Carlos Zuniga.

Arabie's next court date is set for November.
