11-Year-Old North Pole Boy Struck By Vehicle While Riding Dirtbike

Just before 8:00 pm on Tuesday, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of a crash injuring a child in North Pole.

AST and emergency medical staff responded to Peede Road, where an 11-year-old boy rode his off-road dirtbike into the roadway and was struck by a passing vehicle.

The juvenile was transported to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital with serious physical injuries.
