Cloud Cakes

 

4 eggs

2 Cups sour cream

1 Cup flour

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

 

Beat eggs lightly and blend in sour cream.  In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.  Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.  The batter should be light and fluffy.  Cook on warm griddle and serve with syrup, jam or honey.
