UAF Women's Basketball team dominates at home while Men's team wins on the road

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - This weekend the UAF Women's Basketball team was in Action on Saturday and Sunday while the Men's team also played on Sunday away from home.
The Women were hosting the Multnomah Lions.
The Nooks were able to sweep this series with wins on both days.
Saturday's game saw an incredible performance from Senior Cassi Williams as she guided her team to a 90-42 win.
She broke the program record for most Three-Pointers made in a single night.
The Guard from Klawock Alaska dropped 29 points, thanks in large part to her 9 Three-Pointers.
Lexi Carpenter and Angela Murnion also put up Double Digit Points, Carpenter finishing the day with 11 and Murnion with 10.
Sabrina Ungaro led the team in assists with 6 while Sanni Salonen and Ashlie Blackburn led the team in rebounds, both pulling down Seven.
The Nooks then continued their dominant ways on Sunday with a 70-31 win.
There were no records broken in this one, just a dominant display by the home team.
Angela Murnion led the nooks on Sunday with 19 points while Lexi Carpenter dropped 10.
Sabrina Ungaro was once again the assist leader, dishing out 5.
Brittany Richards led the team at the boards with 9 rebounds.
The Women are now 4-5 overall and 0-3 in the GNAC.
They will get a bit of a break before taking on Western Washington on December 29th.
The Nanook Men were down 36-35 at halftime, but they responded to win their Game on Sunday against Concordia 81-66.
Michael Kluting was the MVP for the night, earning himself a Double-Double with 23 points and 10 rebounds.
Davis Kimble put up 17 points for the Nooks while also leading the team in assists with 8.
The Nooks are now 4-5 overall with a 2-1 Conference Record.
The men will be in action again tomorrow in the Lower 48 when they take on Western Oregon.
