North Pole Football clinches berth

The North Pole Patriots kicked off the final week of the Regular Season last night when they took on the Ketchikan Kings in a Southeast Conference Game.
The Patriots were able to win this one 54-21 to finish off the regular season on a high note.
Senior Wide Receiver Jamie Johnson and Running Backs Easton Kirven and CJ Fontana all scored twice for the Patriots.
The Pats even lined up senior Left Tackle Jacob Breazeale at Fullback, allowing him to score on a two yard Touchdown run.
This is the second win in a row for the Pats and will bring them up to 6-2 on the year, and 2-1 in Southeast Conference Play.
The victory will lock in the #2 seed in the Southeast Conference and will earn the Patriots what they said they wanted at the beginning of the season, a rematch with the Soldotna Stars in the Postseason.
Last year the Stars escaped the Patriots 25-21 in the Semi-finals on their way to another state title.
The Patriots have a chance to make history on October 7th down at Palmer High School.
