Fairbanks Ice Dogs defeat Coulee Region; Trevor Stewart earns 300th win as Head Coach

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Dogs skated away with a 4-1 victory.
They scored 3 goals before the first period was halfway through.
Samuel Ruffin once again led his team in scoring, earning 3 points thanks to a goal and two assists.
Tanner Schachle scored two goals while Daniel Haider found the back of the net once and also dished out an assist.

Nolan Schaeffer also scored once for the Dogs.
Hunter Wendt and Erkka Vanska both finished the day with two assists while Luke Orysiuk, Jax Murray, and Tyler Deweese all finished with one.
Goaltender Josh Benson earned 30 saves in his 60 minutes between the pipes to help his team secure the win.
The Dogs are now 18-5-3-2 on the year and are still in first place in the NAHL Midwest Division.
This was win number 300 as head coach of the Fairbanks Ice Dogs for Trevor Stewart.
