Dallas Seavey releases statement on Iditarod Controversy

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Last night, shortly after the release from the Iditarod outed him as the Musher whose team tested positive for Tramadol, Dallas Seavey posted a statement of his own on his Youtube Channel.
In the Statement, Seavey adamantly denies giving his dogs the drug and bashes the trail committee for how they handled the information.
The four time champion says that he expects the committee to ban him from the race for speaking out, which is in violation of Iditarod's Rule 53, more commonly known as the gag rule.
He also believes that his team was sabotaged during the race.
Seavey has withdrawn from the 2018 race in protest of the committee.
