Copper Basin 300 set for Saturday Morning

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Copper Basin 300 is set to start tomorrow in Glennallen.
The CB 300 is a 300 mile Sled Dog race that runs from downtown Glennallen, along the Glenn and Richardson highways, through checkpoints at Chistochina, Meier's Lake, Sourdough Creek, and Mendeltna, and then finishing back in Glennallen.
This race is a qualifier for both the Yukon Quest and the Iditarod.
Former Quest and Iditarod finishers Jason Campeau, Rob Cooke, Yuka Honda, Ed Hopkins, Allen Moore, and Aliy Zirkle will be running in the CB 300 this year, just to name a few.
The race is set to start at 10am.
