FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Last night was the home opener for the Men's Basketball team and it may end up being the craziest game the Patty Center sees all year.

The Nooks were down 64-61 with 14 seconds left in regulation before Alex Baham nailed a three pointer at the buzzer to force Overtime.
They were then down 73-70 in the Overtime period before Davis Kimble drilled in another clutch three with only 1 point 9 seconds left to force Double Overtime.
Holy Names was then able to outscore the Nooks 9 to 8 in Double Overtime to finally secure the win.
Zach Hatch, a redshirt freshman from Washington, went off last night, leading the Nanooks with 15 points off of his 5 three pointers.
Davis Kimble, Amenofis Mitchell, and Michael Kluting also earned double-digit points last night, Kimble with 13, Mitchell with 12, and Kluting with 11.
Kluting was also able to pull down 11 rebounds to secure himself a Double-Double.
