Track Palin Granted Bail in Assault Case

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Former Governor Sarah Palin's oldest son Track Palin, had his bail approved today after being arrested last weekend on charges of burglary and assault.
Track was arrested after he and his father, Todd Palin, had an altercation.
When the police arrived on the scene, Todd Palin was bleeding from his head.
This is Track's second domestic violence arrest in the past two years.
The bail was set at 5-thousand dollars, and Track must comply with electronic monitoring, a mental health evaluation, and other requirements.
The Palins have obtained a court order barring Track from contacting them, though Todd expressed in court through a phone call that the family is prepared to re-establish contact.
