Troopers medevac 70-year-old man from remote cabin near Teklanika

On Sunday, the Alaska State Troopers, the Nenana Volunteer Fire Department, along with a Helo 2 helicopter saved a 70-year-old man after he needed medical attention from his remote cabin near the Teklanika River.

AST coordinated with the fire department and dispatched the Helo 2 with an EMT on board to the patients location.

He was transported by helicopter to an ambulance in Nenana.
