GoPro footage: FCC officer brandishes firearm on North Pole ATV motorist

GoPro footage captured a scuffle between an ATV motorist and an FCC officer in North Pole. Now the ATV motorist is being charged with 4th degree assault.


31-year-old Patrick Smith of North Pole was ejected from his vehicle during the crash. Medics arrived on scene and administered CPR, but Smith succumbed to his injuries.


The University of Alaska Fairbanks recently dissolved its Economics degree program dude to budget cuts in the UA system.
