Ft. Wainwright's 'LendLease' housing celebrates completion with ribbon-cutting ceremony

The United States Army has partnered with Lend-Lease to build housing for soldiers and their families. On Monday, members from the organization celebrated the last new homes completed at Fort Wainwright with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

29-year-old Zachary Whisenhunt is accused of first and second degree murder of 31-year-old Janessa Kempski, who was found on a trail in North Pole in 2014.
