FPD adds new member to Investigation Unit

The Fairbanks Police Department recently added a new member to its investigation unit.

A local man was arraigned in Fairbanks Superior Court yesterday on charges of Stalking, Trespassing, and Resisting arrest among other charges.

North Korea says it has suspended nuclear and long-range missile tests and plans to close its nuclear test site.

With Alaska having the highest rate of suicide in the nation, Fairbanks is looking at turning those numbers around. Katie Luper reports from the Interior Suicide Prevention Symposium.
