Body recovered of missing Fairbanks man

The body of a missing Fairbanks man has been found.


An appeal filed by Arvin Kangas in 2017 has been denied by the Alaska Court of Appeals.


After roughly four years, the City of Fairbanks is working towards a new negotiated contract with the Public Safety Employees Association.



The Department of Transportation has been busy this construction season and with resurfacing and signal light upgrades among the projects, commuters may feel frustrated.
