An accused child killer has opted to skip trial by jury in the death of his ex-girlfriend's two year old son, and is scheduled to accept a plea deal instead.
In a surprise role of reversal, a 20 year old accused killer has accepted a plea deal from State Prosecutors, one that will see him serve 10 years in jail on a reduced murder charge.
