Woman pleads not guilty to theft in PFD case

A Fairbanks woman charged with 17 counts of theft and falsification pleaded not guilty today in Fairbanks Superior Court.

31-year-old Atcharee Buntow was arraigned this afternoon in front of Judge Bethany Harbison.
