Walking in the rain for a cause

If you've been through radiation treatment or chemotherapy, a little rain isn't likely to slow you down much.

That was obvious as a large group of cancer survivors made their way around the track at West Valley High School this evening, for the start of "Relay for Life."

The relay will continue at the track for 24 hours.

When it started at 6 this evening, $182,000 had already been raised.

Dr. Andrew Cox from the Fairbanks Cancer Treatment Center talked with us this evening, and we'll have his comments next Tuesday on our Health Report.
