Victims identified in fatal Parks Highway crash

FAIRBANKS- Alaska State Troopers have confirmed the deaths of two Fairbanksans after a fatal crash last evening on the Parks Highway.

According to a release, 33-year-old Dontaveon Green, and his passenger, 23-year-old Patricia Williams, were killed when their 2000 Saturn was struck head on.

An investigation of the accident found a 2003 Lincoln Navigator, driven by 27-year-old Wilton Florencio Villa of Anchorage, was south bound on the Parks Highway with one passenger when he reportedly crossed the center line, directly striking the Saturn.

Both occupants of the Navigator were transported to the Providence Medical Center in Anchorage with serious injuries.
