UAF men's basketball team hosts two GNAC games this week

FAIRBANKS-The UAF men's basketball team is back in the Patty Center this week for a pair of GNAC games. Tomorrow night they face Central Washington then host Northwest Nazarene on Saturday.

Central has the third best scoring offense and Nazarene has won three of their last four outing. The pride of Hutchison High School, Kevin Rima, returns to the Interior and leads Nazarene in rebounds.

UAF has a balanced scoring attack with four players averaging double digits and the top scoring defense in the GNAC allowing just 67 points per game. That's also ranked 34th in the country.

In the Patty Center the Nanooks are 6-0 this season and 8-0 going back to last year.
