Troopers release names of accident victims.

Alaska State Troopers say a Fairbanks man was one of two men killed in the two vehicle accident Sunday near Mile 186 of the Parks Highway near Cantwell.   Troopers identified the victims as 57 year old Roy Ponder of Fairbanks, and 57 year old David Kincaid of Palmer.  Troopers say Ponder was driving a 2008 Ford F-450 truck northbound when his vehicle collided head-on with a southbound 2007 Ford F-550 truck, driven by Kincaid.  Each truck was pulling a trailer, Troopers say, Ponder's loaded with snowmachines, and Kincaid's carrying a Ford F-150 truck.  Troopers identified the two female crash victims, both passengers in each truck, as Ponder's wife, 55 year old Teresa Ponder of Fairbanks, and 24 year old Molly Kincaid, who is David Kincaid's daughter.  Teresa Ponder was transported to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital.  Molly Kincaid was taken to a Wasilla-based hospital.  Troopers say driver impairment does not appear to be a factor in the accident.
