Trial for Murder of 2-year old delayed

 

TRIAL IN AN ALMOST ONE YEAR OLD FAIRBANKS MURDER CASE INVOLVING A 2–YEAR OLD BOY HAS AGAIN BEEN DELAYED.
 
CARL DAVID, JUNIOR IS CHARGED WITH FIRST AND SECOND DEGREE MURDER AND THIRD DEGREE ASSAULT IN CONNECTION WITH THE MID–APRIL, 2012 BEATING DEATH OF JACOB WILLIAMS.
 
THE TRIAL THAT WAS SET TO START NEXT WEEK HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL APRIL 29TH.
 
ACCORDING TO POLICE,THE YOUNG BOY HAD BEEN LEFT IN THE CARE OF DAVID WHILE HIS MOTHER, BROOKE WILLIAMS, WAS RUNNING ERRANDS.
 
POLICE SAY DAVID BECAME ANGRY WHEN JACOB HAD APPARENTLY WET THE BED.
 
THE BOY WAS CRITICALLY INJURED IN THE ALLEGED ASSAULT, AND DIED FROM HIS INJURIES DAYS LATER.
