2 Pounds Chicken Wing Pieces
½ Cup Hot Sauce
1/3 Cup Butter (melted)
Place chicken wings in grill set up for indirect cooking with chips, pellets or wood added for smoke and adjust vents to keep grill temperature around 300of for 35-45 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
Mix Hot Sauce and Butter together in a bowl while wings are smoking.
Toss wings in sauce to coat and serve.
