Smoked Meatloaf


2 pounds ground Beef
½ Cup Milk
1 Chopped Onion
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
3 Tablespoons Salsa or Picante Sauce
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Mustard Powder
½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
½ Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper

¼ Cup Lead Dog Savory BBQ Sauce

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place mix in 9 x 12 baking pan and form into a loaf. Pour BBQ Sauce over loaf and spread sauce with basting brush.

Place loaf in grill set up for indirect cooking with chips, pellets or wood added for smoke and adjust vents to keep grill temperature around 375of for 45-55 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
