1 ½ half pound shrimp around size 13/15
Salt and freshly milled pepper to taste
2 T extra virgin olive oil
2 T butter
2 T minced fresh garlic
½ cup dry white wine
Juice of 1 lemon
2 T freshly chopped parsley
Angel hair pasta cooked al dente
In a sauté pan, heat oil and add shrimp. Add salt and pepper to shrimp.
Cook shrimp for a minute , then add garlic, turn the shrimp and cook for about 2 more minutes, add butter.
Add wine and lemon and scrape up any brown bits.
Serve immediately over cooked angel hair pasta.
Enjoy with your favorite Italian white wine such as Pinot Grigio.
