FAIRBANKS- Warmer temperatures and new snow caused several car accidents and slowed traffic across town, this morning. University Police and Alaska State Troopers responded to one such accident on Farmers Loop Road. Nobody was injured in the crash and no citations were issued. The Driver of the vehicle was heading to class at UAF when he slid off the road. His black Mazda pickup rolled into hard–packed snow and knocked over a D.O.T. street light. After the accident, the driver said he was mad it happened, but thankful he wasn't seriously hurt.
