Paroled murder convict found guilty of robbery

Fifty-seven year old Randy Lee Osborne has been convicted of robbery in connection with the January 2013 hold-up of an Anchorage gas station.

The robbery occurred three months after Osborne was released from prison and placed on parole.

He had been serving time for two Fairbanks murders that occurred in the 1970's.

In those cases, he was sentenced to two consecutive life terms for killing the two men in 1976 during separate robberies.

Sentencing is set for October, and Osborne could face as much as 99 years.
