North Pole House Fire

 

A FAST–MOVING STRUCTURE FIRE DESTROYED A NORTH POLE RESIDENCE EARLY YESTERDAY MORNING.
 
NORTH STAR VOLUNTEER FIRE OFFICIALS GOT THE CALL JUST AFTER 3 A.M. RESPONDING TO 1682 PALOMINO DRIVE, WHICH IS NEAR REPP AND BADGER ROADS.
 
THE LARGE STRUCTURE HOME IS OWNED BY NORTH POLE RESIDENT WILLIAM TEAGUE.
 
TEAGUE TOLD NEWS CENTER 11 YSTERDAY HE HAD JUST RECENTLY RELOCATED HIS FAMILY TO MISSOURI, WAS IN TOWN TYING UP FINAL BUSINESS, AND IN THE PROCESS OF RENTING THE HOME OUT TO A FRIEND WHEN THE FIRE BROKE OUT.
 
HE SAYS HIS FATHER–IN–LAW ALERTED HIM TO THE FIRE.
 
TEAGUE SAYS THE HOME WAS BUILT IN 1982, AND APPRAISED AT APPROXIMATELY 190–THOUSAND DOLLARS.
 
NORTH STAR VOLUNTEER FIRE OFFICIALS SAY THEIR INVESTIGATION INTO JUST WHAT CAUSED THE BLAZE, CONTINUES.
