As we reported last evening, Alaska State Troopers are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.

Now identified as a female not a male, 34-year-old Anjel Sherman of Wasilla was reported missing by Bryan Houghton of Fairbanks yesterday.

Sherman was logging on September 25th near Mile 327 of the Parks Highway and during that time Sherman went missing.

Troopers have conducted a search of the area but have found no information as to Sherman’s whereabouts.

She is reported to be 5 foot 4 inches, weighs approximately 150 pounds, and was wearing a silver jacket and camouflage pants.
