OLYMPIA, WASH.-It took another career day but the Nanook volleyball team ended a six game losing streak. The Nooks won in five sets over Saint Martin's avenging a sweep from this season. It's the first five set win in over a year for UAF.
Sam Harthun had a season high 27 kills hitting at 37 percent. Freshman Katelyn Camp set a new career high 48 assists and her second career double double with 10 digs. The Nooks hit 30 percent as a team and are now 4-0 when hitting better than their opponents.
Next up for the 4-20 Nanooks will be road match number three against the number one Seawolves this Saturday in Anchorage.
