More details are emerging on the Tununak man who is charged with the murder of his 2-year old son.

24 year old Edward Moses faces first degree murder and robbery charges in the case.

According to charging documents, the incident began when Moses entered the home of the child's mother Anna Inakak carrying a shot gun and what appeared to be alcohol.

He then demanded everyone exit the home leaving their cellphones, when the mother didn't comply she was threatened with the shotgun and ran from the residence.

According to Troopers, Moses phoned the child's Aunt and told him to "Say Goodbye" which was followed by a gunshot sound.

Moses, after hours of negotiations, surrendered.

Moses was transferred to Bethel, where he is being held on $500,000 bail; a preliminary hearing in his case is scheduled for Sept. 24.
