Trial has been set in the civil case of a man convicted of stabbing another man in a 2011 road rage incident.
Michael Bostic pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of first degree manslaughter in 2012 and received a three and a half year prison sentence in the stabbing of 55-year-old Timothy Lund.
Bostic was originally charged with First Degree Murder in the case, but the jury was unable to reach a verdict, and Bostic has maintained his actions were in self-defense.
Lund's estate is now pursuing a civil case against him.
Bostic was not at the trial date setting conference in Fairbanks Superior Court today, but the case was still scheduled to begin in June.
