A man who faced first degree murder charges in Fairbanks has now been arrested for drug charges.
29-year-old David Pfalmer was arrested in Big Lake after being found in possession of methamphetamines.
Pfalmer was charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of 20-year-old Bryan Richardson outside Ivory Jack's in 2010.
He pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of assault 3 and was sentenced to two years in prison, and was recently released.
The shooter in the case, Sean Jeffers, pled guilty to a second degree murder charge and is currently serving a 60 year prison term.
