1 cup All Purpose flour
½ cup sugar
1 stick butter (softened)
Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
Pie filling, canned fruit or frozen fruit (drained)
Combine flour, sugar, optional cinnamon and butter until dough is formed. Spread the pie filling or fruit about an inch deep in a baking dish or aluminum pan (approx 8’ x 11’). Crumble the dough on top of the pie filling or fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
Place into charcoal or gas grill set up for indirect cooking at 375 to 400 degrees (f). bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until browned on top.
