Investigators reach crash site

A National Transportation Safety Board investigator, along with Alaska State Troopers, today (Sunday) reached the scene of the plane crash that left four dead Friday near the village of St. Mary's.

NTSB investigator Chris Shaver started to study the wreckage of the Cessna 208 from Hageland Aviation. The six survivors of the crash were taken to Anchorage for treatment.

The NTSB said there is a lot of work to do before a determination is made on the cause of the crash.
