Interior Energy Update to be held tomorrow evening

Alaska Energy Authority will be hosting an Interior Energy Update forum tomorrow evening.

The discussion will be led by Gene Therriault, Deputy Director of Energy Policy; Therriault will touch on topics that include affordable energy alternatives for Interior Alaska such as the Susitna-Watana Hydro and upgrades to the Alaska Intertie.

The AEA says their mission is to reduce the cost of energy in Alaska as a whole and tomorrow's discussion will shed light to what Alaskans can expect to see in the coming years.

If you are interested in attending, the Forum will be held at the Blue Loon from 6PM to 7:30PM.
