Ice Dogs look for two more wins on Texas roadie

FAIRBANKS-The Ice Dogs will be back on the ice this weekend taking on the Corpus Christi Ice Rays. Fairbanks could bring back a perfect road trip with a sweep this weekend.

The Ice Rays are 5th in the South division with a 15-20-8 record. They've lost seven of their last 10 games while the Ice Dogs have won eight of their last nine. Lonnie Clary was the hero in their last game against Wichita Falls scoring with 52 second left in a 5-4 win. That when gave the Ice Dogs the two game sweep.

Fairbanks has a 10 point lead in the Midwest with a 31-12 record. After this series the dogs will be back in the Dipper for a three game series with the Wenatchee Wild.
