Pie Crust (Frozen is okay)
1 ½ Cups Milk
¾ Cup Sliced Mushrooms
¾ Cup Cubed Ham
1 Cup Shredded Cheese (Such as Cheddar)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into pie shell.
Place pie in grill set up for indirect cooking and adjust air vents to keep grill temperature around 350of for 40-50 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
