Grilled Asparagus and Broccoli


Fresh Asparagus (cut ends removed)
Fresh Broccoli (large florets may be cut in half)
Olive Oil

Lead Dog Rugged Trail Dust All Purpose Rub

Drizzle asparagus and broccoli with olive oil and season to taste with Rugged Trail Dust.

Prepare grill for direct cooking and place asparagus and broccoli on grill directly over heat. Toss asparagus lightly on grill to cook evenly. Ensure that asparagus is perpendicular to grill bars or it will fall through. Broccoli may be left until desired grill marks are achieved and turned 90 degrees to achieve crosshatch grill marks if desired. Otherwise, leave both asparagus and broccoli florets over heat until warmed through and grill marks are achieved. Remove from grill once desired tenderness is reached and serve.
