FAIRBANKS-All of the Interior teams were in action here and throughout the 49th state last night.
WEST VALLEY 47 EIELSON 0
West Valley hosted the Eielson Ravens for homecoming and the Wolfpack didn't have any notions of losing this non conference game.
The Ravens tried to trick West Valley with an onside kick to start the game but ended up tricking themselves. The kick attempted by star running back Tony Griffith didn't go 10 yards. West Valley took over at the Raven 35. Just two plays later Wolfpack quarterback Charles Sudduth juked his way to the near sideline after bumbling the snap Johnny Manziel style. Sudduth found a lane to zoomed down the sideline for a 27 yard score.
The Ravens fumbled away the ensuing kickoff and West Valley again had a great field position. They matched down to the 3 and Deacon Damario went across the goal line.
West Valley led 28-0 as they started the second quarter with a pick six by Sudduth off Eielson freshman quarterback Taylor Benjamin.
The Wolfpack win this one 47-0. There are now 3-3 and are riding a three game winning streak.
