In what was supposed to be a Change of Plea hearing today a 21-year-old Fairbanks man may decide to go to trial.

Jason OBryan is facing 19 Felony Charges including Robbery with a Deadly Weapon, Theft in the second degree, and numerous fraud charges.

According to documents, OBryan said he intended to sell heroin to pay back money he owed his grandmother when he robbed a woman of 500 dollars in the Red Fox parking lot in January.

Today in court OBryan stated he wanted to postpone his change of plea hearing for another 30 days.
