Fairbanks fugitive arrested

A 40-year-old Fairbanks man has been arrested after being on the run since last July.

Etienne Devoe was apprehended at a residence off of Riverview Drive by U.S. Marshals Alaska Fugitive Task Force, the Statewide Drug inforcement Unit, and Fairbanks Police.

According to Officials, Devoe was wanted on an outstanding $50,000 federal warrant for drug conspiracy, money laundering, as well as state drug charges.

At the time of the arrest a Fairbanks woman who was with Devoe was also taken into custody.

39-year-old Shannon Boyle of Circle was arrested on an outstanding warrant for theft charges.

Both Devoe and Boyle were taken to Fairbanks Correctional Center where they remain without bail.
