Classic Italian Pizza

1 small pizza dough, 7 oz homemade or from Gambardella's
About 4 oz Gambardella's marinara or homemade tomato sauce
Pinch dried oregano
Pinch salt and pepper
1/4 lb fresh mozzarella
6 fresh basil leaves
Freshly grated pecorino Romano cheese

Preheat oven to 400. On a floured surface, stretch dough evenly to about 10 inches. Place on an oiled cookie sheet. Add sauce, more in edges than in the center. Sprinkle with pinch of oregano, salt and pepper. Add slices or chunks of fresh mozzy, near the edge and bake 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and add shredded fresh basil, Sprinkle with freshly grated Romano cheese and enjoy!
