Car Accident with Injuries Yesterday

A TWO VEHICLE ACCIDENT LATE yesterday AFTERNOON SENT ONE MAN TO THE HOSPITAL WITH SERIOUS INJURIES.
 
 
FAIRBANKS CITY FIRE & RESCUE, ALONG WITH FAIRBANKS POLICE GOT THE CALL JUST AFTER 3–30 P.M. RESPONDING TO THE INTERSECTION OF 30TH AVENUE AND SOUTH CUSHMAN STREET.

WITNESSES AT THE SCENE SAY A NORTHBOUND COMPANY VEHICLE OWNED BY G–C–I WAS ATTEMPTING A LEFT TURN OFF OF CUSHMAN STREET AND WAS STRUCK BY A SOUTHBOUND NISSAN SEDAN.
 

THE DRIVER OF THE TRUCK, AND TWO OCCUPANTS INSIDE THE SEDAN WERE UNINJURED, BUT ANOTHER UNIDENTIFIED OCCUPANT INSIDE THE SMALL WHITE AUTOMOBILE SUSTAINED INJURIES AND HAD TO BE EXTRICATED from THE VEHICLE.
 

THE EXTENT OF HIS INJURIES WERE UNKNOWN AS OF NEWS TIME.
