The days are winding down until November 6th and the general election, and candidates are still working hard to get their message to the public.
Voters will be able to hear more from some of the candidates at the Carlson Center today at noon.
The Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce invites the public to take part in the "Alaska State House Candidates Forum", which will bring together 11 different contenders for a discussion of their opinions, positions and solutions.
The forum is expected to cover a number of topics that are vitally important to interior citizens.
Lisa Herbert of the Chamber said "From the Chamber's perspective, we're a non partisan organization, and so we just like to provide educational opportunities for our membership to really learn about the important issues that are facing our community. At the top of that list is energy, so you can guarantee there will be some questions related to energy for Fairbanks, the support of our military here locally, the business community and the climate overall, and economic development."
