FAIRBANKS, AK -- The Alaska State Troopers have made an arrest connected to last Saturday's explosion in the Chena Pump/Chena Ridge area.

54-year old Guy Christopher Mannino was taken into custody @ 6:30am today as he was about to board a plane out of State.
Mannino was arraigned in State District Court this afternoon.
